BIRTH - A VERY powerful portal of the human experience

Everything in this world follows the spiraling motion of universal energy. We evolve, we grow, and we come back to where we were, but one iteration higher. Such is human birth, preparing us for our next embodiment by imprinting on us exactly what we need to evolve from—based on previous experiences and what we have earned according to universal law.
In other words, our birth, a portal of consciousness, brings into our current physical embodiment all the good and bad of our most up-to-date energy field, according to the soul plan of our life. Any unhealed experience—especially those connected to giving birth in the ancestral lineage—as well as traumas and any unhealed areas in our soul’s curriculum, will, in one way or another, manifest in our birth experience.
On the other hand, birth is a portal of universal energies that can reverse and neutralize any of those experiences within the very condensed space of a few hours. It is a joker card to bliss and healing, or an experience that will reimprint pain.
The limbic and nervous systems in a baby are extremely sensitive and connect energetically to the systems of the mother. The powerful energies of the birth portal inherently leave a very strong imprint on the nervous system, either of bliss or of excruciating pain. A coherent and harmonious field of love can repair any imprint, but the default is already present in the body, mind, and soul of a baby.
If you feel unexplainable pain, feel disempowered, suffer from body pains, or have unregulated nervous system, healing your own birth can be a good place to lift yourself out of an imprinted condition.
Here are a few steps you can take:
Reprogram your body with gentle care—taking baths, using hot towels, practicing self-care, and using candles.
In moments of disempowerment, dive deep into your consciousness through meditation to explore any birth-related memories.
Open up about the topic of birth with your parents, as well as close friends, family members, counselors, or teachers.
Learn to disengage the mind and consciousness from physical pain—can you sense that the pain is experienced by a part of yourself that is not your deepest Self?
Healing human birth and giving mothers the chance to break the cycle, and in only one generation reprogram human bodies and consciousness toward a life of freedom, empowerment, and bliss, is our responsibility as an evolving human society.
Love, Iveta
